  Place your glasses securely in their original protective case and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the shipping box.

  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online portal to print a prepaid shipping label, or bring your items directly to any of our local Eyemart Express retail locations for an immediate exchange.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
